Biography:
Born in 1971 Germany -
-Primary and Secondary education in Germany with Abitur
-Chef Dip : 1996 - 1999 3 year apprentice in cookery (Culinary arts)
-Worked in various one and two star Guide Michelin restaurants and 5 start hotels
-Move to Namibia in 2001 to work for the Wolwedans Collection until 2005
-2005 Open the Nice Restaurant and Bar as well as the Namibian Institute of Culinary Education in Windhoek
-2012 - present Chef Lecturer at NUST Hotelschool
-Exco member of the Namibian Chefs association
-Member of the Chaine des Rotisseurs Baillage Namibie
