Biography
I am a Lecturer: Human Resources Management with over 15 years of professional experience in academic institutions. I’m quite knowledgeable and skilled in Curriculum reviews, facilitation of lectures, Design, Preparation and presentation of class materials, Research, community service etc. I have teaching experience in the following subjects on a different level; Capacity Building and Talent Management, Advanced Performance Management, Advanced Organizational Change and Development, HR Metrics etc. making me as asset in the training environment. I’m quite Passionate about Leadership and change management practices, Employee engagement, Career path Management, Coaching and Mentoring, and succession planning management.
