Dr Kristofina Junias

Dr. Kristofina Junias is an education specialist and researcher with a strong focus on curriculum development and assessment. She has played a leading role in developing and teaching innovative modules that prepare future educators, curriculum managers, and education leaders. Dr Junias teaches curriculum development in higher education, Assessment and Evaluation in higher education in the Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education programme. She is the programme coordinator for the Master of Education in Higher Education programme

Her scholarly interests include:

•  the sociology of TVET, 
• curriculum design, 
• assessment practices,
• quality assurance in higher education

 Dr. Junias is committed to advancing equitable and context-responsive education systems that empower students and strengthen institutional effectiveness across Namibia’s higher education landscape
