Mr Michael Neema

Michael Neema is a dedicated academic and researcher whose work centers on entrepreneurship development, entrepreneurship ecosystem growth, youth entrepreneurship, agricultural entrepreneurship, business management strategy, and pressing contemporary business issues. His scholarship contributes to advancing knowledge in these areas, with a particular focus on fostering sustainable entrepreneurial practices and innovative business solutions. As a Lecturer, he teaches undergraduate students in the fields of business and entrepreneurship, while also supervising their research projects. Through this role, he nurtures the next generation of business leaders by equipping them with both theoretical knowledge and practical research skills. Beyond academia, Michael Neema is actively engaged in community development initiatives. He assists entrepreneurs in formally establishing their ventures by providing consultation on sustainable business processes and procedures, as well as guidance in sourcing funds. His commitment to inclusive development also extends to organizing sports and entrepreneurship events, where both physical activity and entrepreneurial skills are encouraged as pathways to empowerment.
