Biography
Dr. Fiina Shimaneni-Vatuva is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management. She holds a doctoral degree in Human Resource Management. Her teaching interests include talent management, performance management, employee relations, and training and development. Her research interests focus on sustainable human resource management practices, decent work and higher education. She has published on topics such as remote work, challenges in managing academic staff, human resource management frameworks, and decent work.
